We are grateful for our families that provide nutritious meals throughout the Build Season. When you sign-up for a meal, it is especially helpful if you provide:
- Snacks: Enough for 25-35 members
- A few Costco sized snack boxes
- Please have food available in the Lab by 4:30 PM
- Lunch: Enough for 20-25 members
- A main item, side and drink
- Please have food available in the Lab by 12:00 PM
- Dinner: Enough for 25-35 members
- A main dish, side and drink
- Please have food available in the Lab by 5:00 PM
During Lent (February 26 through Good Friday) we honor "No meat Friday"
We have plates, napkins, utensils (forks, knives, spoons, tongs)
MEAL IDEAS:
- PULLED PORK SANDWICHES (Pulled pork in a slow cooker with dinner rolls, a side salad, coleslaw and baked beans)
- TACO TUESDAY (Ground beef/shredded chicken in a slow cooker, with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, corn and flour tortillas, Doritos
- FRIED RICE with CHICKEN/VEGGIE (a couple versions of fried rice)
- SPAGHETTI and MEATBALLS or OTHER PASTA DISH. (pasta dish with a side salad and bread)
- CHILI (Turkey, Veggie, or Beef, and cornbread)
- COSTCO LASAGNA (garlic bread and Caesar salad)
- CHICKEN CURRY (Chicken Curry in a slow cooker with rice, side vegetable)
